These terms describe the baseline expectations for using ScoutSphere, including account integrity, acceptable platform use, recruiting conduct, and content responsibility.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate information, and using the platform only within the permissions attached to your role and verification state.
Content and conduct
Users must upload only content they have rights to share and must not misuse messaging, discovery, or recruiting workflows. ScoutSphere may moderate, limit, or remove access when abuse, fraud, or unsafe conduct is detected.
Service changes
ScoutSphere may update workflows, features, and policies to improve reliability, safety, and compliance. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the current operating terms.
